On Sunday May 7th, moms from around Central Florida gathered at AdventHealth for Women to celebrate motherhood and to be spoiled with goodies and treats from local and national vendors during our 8th Annual Bloom event.

With the theme of the day being a “celebration of motherhood”, we felt that it was important to talk to moms about the importance of their postpartum journey, as well as, pelvic health at every age, the power of play, maintaining mental health and  how to simplify parenthood.
