Deltona’s All-American Celebration
Create memories this weekend at Deltona’s All-American Celebration! Magic Midway has arrived to town, and they’ve brought all of your favorite carnival rides!
.
My family LOVES traditions, and every year we celebrate the 4th of July together! BUT, this year we were so disappointed to hear of all the fireworks cancellations around town. So when we heard about the All-American Celebration in Deltona, we immediately had to check it out!

Deltona’s All-American Celebration

Here’s my takeaways from our day at Magic Midway’s Deltona’s All-American Celebration!

“They’ve got the good rides!”

This is a direct quote from my son! He LOVES fair rides, and when we arrived, he immediately spotted the ride he calls “the claw” (it’s actually called CICLONE!). Our whole family loved Round Up, Hang Glider and Ali Baba!

So CLEAN!

We were all so impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds and rides. Usually when we visit fairs, there’s trash and sticky tables, but we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the whole event was!

Deltona’s All-American CelebrationSo FRIENDLY!

All of the workers and staff were full of smiles and they were incredibly helpful. I think we’ve all been missing human interaction. KUDOS to Magic Midway’s friendly workers!

YUMMY FOOD!

My family LOVES fair food! This place did not disappoint! My family got ALL of their favorites, including funnel cakes, cotton candy, and we all LOVED the HOMEMADE lemonade!

Quick note about the fair vs. fireworks:

The fair and the fireworks are two separate events. The Magic Midway All-American Celebration fair and the Dewey O. Boster fireworks are located on the same field, but they are two separate events. The event including fireworks begins at 6 p.m., usually on July 4, at the Dewey O. Boster Sports Complex, 1200 Saxon Blvd. Fireworks begin around 9:15 p.m. There will be live music, entertainment, games, food and a whole lot of fun. The City provides complementary shuttle bus service from Deltona City Hall to the Dewey O. Boster Sports Complex with the last bus before the fireworks, usually leaving around 8:45 p.m. After the event, all traffic must exit the park by making a right on Saxon Boulevard.

.

SO… if you plan to attend the Magic Midway Deltona’s All-American Celebration on Sunday, July 4th, you can expect extra traffic, and you may also need to park at Deltona City Hall and take the shuttle bus!
