Happy Friday! Another round of our Friday Favorites series for you!

I love that this water bottle is a hook-shaped bottle that allows me to be able hydrate (hands free) while I am running. The bottle slides into my shorts waistband or in the top back of my sports bra to keep my hands free. I can easily grab it for a drink and then slide it back in.

Full Support Sports Bra

When running or doing yoga, I can’t just wear a run of the mill sports bra. I need something that keeps the girls still. A high impact sports bra does the trick! It is very fitted and prevents bouncing and moving around.

Compression Socks

I know that I look kinda silly when I am on my long walks or runs, but I love to wear compression socks.

Compression socks enhance blood circulation, ensure faster restore from impact, relieve varicose veins and swelling and protect your feet. They fit ver snug and are kind of hard to get on and off, but ever since wearing them regularly on my runs, I have had NO shin splints!
