What will I be doing in class?

You will start with a warm-up in the center in the room with light weights. Then you will move to the barre and perform exercises consisting of small isometrics movements to tone your thighs, seat and abs with stretching sections in between. The final ab work is completed in the center of the room, and then to finish, you will have a final stretch. 
 
What will I experience?
You will experience an effective, fun, fabulous workout with like-minded women; a sense of community; inspiration; great products; a nationwide network; and a transformation of both your body and your mind. 
 
What will the teacher do? 
Your teacher will actually teach you instead of getting her own workout in. Your teacher will set up the exercises and then circulate around the room correcting form to help you get the most out of your hour. 
 
What should I wear?
You should wear pants, leggings or capris that you are comfortable in (no shorts) and a top that covers your midriff to keep your muscles warm for stretching. You will see faster results in your flexibility this way. Also, you will want to wear sticky socks to retain your body’s heat and prevent your feet from sliding (you’ll thank us later).
