One of my favorite meals has always been wings, but I was always scared to make them. During a recent trip to family favorite Costco my husband suggested that we buy a BIG (isn’t everything at Costco big?) bag of frozen chicken wings. I cringed, but I tossed them in the cart alongside my 6 year old who was munching on a free sample.
When we got home I starting Pinteresting (like Googling, but with Pinterest) for recipes on how to make chicken wings. I came across a few that suggesting using the Instant Pot electric pressure cooker and then finishing them in the oven. I haven’t really been on Team Instant Pot, but I decided to give it a try.
After some trial an error I came up with this recipe for perfectly crispy wings that literally fall off the bone. That big bag of Costco wings is now always on my list and we have these wings at least once a week. I’ve even used this method with other types of chicken and they come out amazing! I’m becoming a pro at making Party Wings in Under an Hour!
