Women’s Wellness: Prioritizing Our Health; an event for women, by women.

This health + wellness focused event will inform and empower women to take responsibility and prioritize their health.

Guests will receive encouragement from local vendors and speakers on a variety of health topics.

In addition to encouraging women to understand their health options, identify services, resources, and products that best help them prevent poor health, we will be learning how to put our health first.

Dr. Bolduc- an expert in chiropractic care for expectant mothers and pediatrics

Dr. Courtney Bolduc first experienced chiropractic care as a teenager when she was involved in a car accident. The accident left her with debilitating headaches and through chiropractic care, she no longer experienced headaches. During her time in undergrad, Dr. Courtney interned at a chiropractic office and this is where her passion for the profession came alive. Seeing the impact that chiropractic care had on patients’ daily lives led her to pursue a career in the field.
Dr. Courtney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida and went on to earn her Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Los Angeles Chiropractic College at Southern California University of Health Sciences.

During her time at LACC, Dr. Courtney learned the benefits of chiropractic care for expectant mothers and pediatrics and grew a passion for working with this population. She is currently a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is certified in the Webster Technique, a technique designed for expecting moms to restore balance and function to the pelvis before labor and birth.

Dr. Anupama Sharma Saigal, AdventHealth

Anupama Sharma Saigal, MD is a fellowship trained breast surgical oncologist. She received her medical degree from the University of Maryland and went on to complete her surgical residency at the University of Pennsylvania. After becoming a board-certified general surgeon, Dr. Saigal then went on to Columbia University and completed a fellowship in breast surgical oncology. Dr. Saigal started her career in New York as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at NYU Langone Medical Center and at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.

Dr. Arianna Becker, Family Medicine

Arianna Becker, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician. Along with treating acute and chronic illnesses in patients ages 18 years and older, her areas of interest include preventive medicine, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, knee injections, suturing lacerations and women’s health. Dr. Becker earned her medical degree with honors from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, where she was the recipient of the American Medical Women’s Association Glasgow-Rubin Achievement Award. She also received awards for her community outreach and participation in a relief effort program. She went on to complete her residency as part of AdventHealth’s Family Medicine Residency program, where she received the Heart of Compassion Award. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Tyler Zollinger, Self-Defense and Self-Empowerment Expert

Tyler is the owner and founder of Krav Maga O-Town. He is known as the “walk in confidence” guy. Tyler will share insights on self-empowerment and how important it is to be able to defend yourself, which will keep us all walking in confidence. Krav Maga is real world self defense- it teaches you how to act and get home safe.

Amanda Vargo, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Amanda will guide us with tips and tools on how incorporating mindfulness and self-compassion into our lives can help reduce mom guilt, stress and anxiety, as well las, help us to be more present in our daily lives.

Dr. Kelly Frank, owner Frankly Pelvic

Dr. Kelly Frank PT, DPT is a pelvic health physical therapist treating pelvic health dysfunction in Central Florida and virtually everywhere. She graduated from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2014 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and continued to earn certifications in pelvic health through the American Physical Therapy Association. She specializes in pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, diastasis recti, in addition to several others. Dr. Kelly Frank improves overall quality of life using her extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics (and real world “mom-ing” experience) to help achieve and maintain goals at whatever stage in your healing journey. A driving piece of her advocacy for pelvic health is just because someone deems something in motherhood, pregnancy, or life as ‘common’ does not make it normal.
