Being a mom is one of the most rewarding experiences life can offer. However, it’s also one of the most challenging roles we’ll ever play. We may have moments where we doubt our abilities as mothers and feel overwhelmed by the mental load that comes with raising other human beings. But the truth is, you’re doing great mama.

We’re all doing the best we can with what we have, and that’s all that matters! Our kids LOVE us regardless of “how” we think we are doing. They may not see all that goes on behind the scenes of mothering, like the shower cries and sleepless nights, but they will always know how much we love them.

When you’re feeling down or defeated, repeat these words to yourself:

“I am strong. I am capable. I am enough.”

Believe it or not, positive affirmations like these can have a powerful impact on our mindset and help us feel more confident and empowered.

Remember that you’re not alone on this motherhood journey.
