Viviana Casas-Puig, MD, FACOG is a board-certified OB/GYN who specializes in Urogynecology. After graduating from the University of Puerto Rico, Dr. Casas-Puig received her medical degree from the Ponce Health Sciences University. She went on to complete an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. She completed a Fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She has extensive training in minimally invasive surgery and performs vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted procedures. Dr. Casas-Puig is passionate about improving the quality of life of her patients, as well as providing compassionate and individualized care. Her office in Lake Mary provides comprehensive urogynecology care for women in Seminole County.

Andrea Messel, CNM, MS, CLC, is a certified nurse-midwife and certified lactation counselor. She has dedicated her expertise and compassion to the field of nursing since 1991 and possesses extensive skill in the areas of labor and delivery, along with neonatal intensive care. As a certified lactation counselor, Andrea helps expecting and new mothers understand a wonderful way to bond with and nourish their newborn babies.

Devina McCray, MD
Board-Certified Breast Surgical Oncologist
Devina McCray, MD is a breast surgical oncologist board certified in general surgery. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of benign and malignant breast disease. Her areas of surgical expertise include excisional biopsy, breast conservation, sentinel lymph node biopsy, axillary node dissection, mastectomy (simple, skin sparing, and nipple sparing), oncoplasty, and intraoperative radiation therapy. Dr. McCray received her medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, School of Medicine and completed her general surgery residency at Florida Hospital (now AdventHealth) in Orlando. In 2016, she completed a breast surgical oncology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Breast Surgeons, and the Society of Surgical Oncology.
Catherine Hwang, MD
Section Chief of Breast Radiation Oncology
Dr. Catherine (Sue) Hwang is the Section Chief of Breast Radiation Oncology at the AdventHealth Cancer Institute. She has dedicated her career to building AdventHealth’s breast cancer program in Central Florida and has implemented innovative radiation techniques that minimize radiation related toxicity. She co-founded the Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Clinic and is one of the most actively involved physicians in breast cancer trials within AdventHealth. While her principal focus is on the care of breast cancer patients, Dr. Hwang continues to work closely with other subspecialists to treat head and neck, brain, gastrointestinal, thoracic, lymphatic, and skin cancers. She strives to provide patients with high quality, compassionate care in a timely fashion.
