Happy Friday! Another round of our Friday Favorites series for you!
We’ve gathered up 5 things that are our favorite self-care indulgences right now. They help us fell sane and grounded during this hectic season and we hope that you check them and enjoy them as well.
Make Your Mess Your Message
We all know that life is messy. I think this book will help me navigate this season of life. Through many of the challenges we face, we often find our strength, our perseverance, and our resilience to overcome the difficult times…sometimes we just need gentle reminders.
Each chapter of this book profiles a different woman, with the final chapter focusing on the authors own mess-to-message as she learned to let
go of the fear of judgment.
Make Your Mess Your Message is going to be our November Orlando Mom Book Club Book! I am so excited to dive into this one!
Bags + Stella room spray
This room spray is the most delicious smelling room spray that I have ever owned. It smells SO good. I have even spritzed it on myself because I just love it so much. It is clean and fresh and makes every room smell amazing.
Bags + Stella features seasonal additions to their products and new artist collaborations regularly!
Beautycounter Overnight Resurfacing Peel
I have been using Beautycounter products for about 3 years now. Not only do I LOVE the mission of the company, I genuinely love and use their products daily. The overnight resurfacing peel is one of my favorite products because it gets rid of dull skin! It has also improved my skins texture. Because the products are clean I have had zero irritation or over-drying issues. I use it about 3 times a week.
Here are the clean featured ingredients:
- Glycolic Acid: improves skin texture, resurfaces, exfoliates.
- Lactic Acid: stimulates cell renewal promoting a smoother, radiant-looking complexion.
- Citric Acid: helps refine and renew skin.
- Arginine & Fatty Acids: aid in conditioning and moisturizing skin.
This seems like a weird contraption- I know! I thought the same thing BUT theHeadFloater is produced by the PhysicalMind Institute® (an organization that teaches and promotes the valuable work of the late Joseph Pilates).
This HeadFloater is designed with internal bungee cords that connect in a figure-eight cross and attach to hand straps. The bungees compress and decompress the skull while lengthening and stretching the neck making for a pleasurable and therapeutic experience. It is strange, but good at the same time. It is for people that have poor posture either from working at a computer or bent forward on a cell phone (we are all guilty of that!).
They say that with regular use, it improves alignment and posture and treats text/tech neck.
