WHAT: The 8th Annual Florida Kids and Family Expo (presented by Orlando Health) is coming to the Orange County Convention Center August 12-13, 2023. Discount tickets are on sale now.
Imagine, you walk through the doors of the Orange County Convention Center, and you are met with rows and rows of local businesses, schools, and organizations with information and interactive fun for your family. You turn to the right and see one of four stages with live performances all day long. You come across bounce houses and trampolines where kids can get their wiggles out, followed by a wrestling ring for big kid entertainment throughout the day. Next up, climb inside a fire truck, jump on a boat or four-wheeler, or climb inside a SWAT vehicle of police motorcycle in our Touch a Truck area.
Continuing, you jump on a pony for a ride and spend time in a petting zoo with pigs, goats, and more. Then, you climb inside some of the latest in family vehicles from Volkswagen before you take on light saber training with true Jedi. Turn around and see Storm Troopers, Chewbacca, and the Jedi force just strolling around too. Next up, you’re petting and holding exotic animals including, but not limited to, alligators, snakes, crabs, and some furry creatures too. Don’t forget to get your photos taken with your favorite princesses and superheroes as well. Grab a bite to eat and you’re off to watch an aerial act show in the center of the room.
Throughout it all, you’re collecting information from area schools, businesses, entertainment attractions, products, services, and more. You’re collecting freebies and saving on tickets for area entertainment options. The kids are stopping to make and design things, spinning wheels, and getting free toys. Enjoy the free food samples up and down each row and win prizes throughout the day. In addition, you can check out the latest in family cellular plans, educational opportunities, and support for families on a budget. No matter what you do, enjoy the smiles on your kiddos’ faces as you enjoy the largest playdate in Central Florida.
The discovery and fun is endless at the most epic kids and family expo in the country. All of this is produced by two local moms that want to help families find the possibilities of living in Central Florida. Come discover your superpowers as a parent or caregiver at this epic expo for families.
