September 23 – October 29 – Amber Brooke Farms, various dates and locations, Amber Brooke Farms is excited to welcome you to our third annual Fall Festival. Enjoy lunch and fresh baked goods at the farm, as well as our fall slushes, local craft beers, and wine. We offer a gorgeous pumpkin patch with unique pumpkin varieties. We have tons of kid’s activities, with special entertainment each weekend and live music for the whole family to experience this fall. We will have a maze in addition to our u-pick sunflowers and u-pick zinnias. October 14 – Lake Nona’s Town Harvest, 6900 Tavistock Lakes Blvd, Orlando, 5 – 10PM, Our Town Harvest Fall Festival is returning to Lake Nona on Saturday, October 14. Join us for live country music, pumpkin patch + decorating station, Tractor photo-op, and a Fall Sweets Station + Bar with a specialty drink. This event is free and open to the public, no ticket needed. Lake Nona Town Center is the hub of Boxi Park; a Family fun, live entertainment, outdoor laid back gatherings with a changing variety of chef-driven food concepts offering tasty bites and refreshing sips. There is also a sand volleyball court, playgrounds, and plenty of fun for children around the park! At times they have characters, face-painters, arts/crafts vendors all set up on the weekends as well. Our outdoor counter-serve restaurants, designed specifically for Boxi Park, feature cuisine created by world-class chefs with Michelin-rated restaurant experience. Bring your pup to Boxi! October 14 & 15 – Fall Festival, The Ranch, 5452 Jones Rd., St Cloud, 10AM – 4PM, It’s Fall Ya’ll, Come out to the Fall Festival at The Ranch on October 14 and 15 and enjoy fun for the whole family.  We will have games, vendors, music, crafts, food trucks, ride and much more.

October 14 – Whimsy Market’s 3rd Annual Fall Festival, 40541 Roger Giles Rd, Umatilla, 11AM – 4PM, Come out to the farm and enjoy our 3rd annual Fall Festival at Sunsational Farms. There will be over 90 small business vendors, pumpkin patch, food trucks, a DJ, bounce houses, games & more!

October 14 – Rocktoberfest & Monster Splash Seaplane Fly-In, 100 E Ruby St, Tavares, 11AM – 10PM, The family friendly event features live rock music, seaplane competitions, kids pumpkin decorating, food and merchandise vendors! We will be kicking off the festivities with the Monster Splash Seaplane Fly-In at 11:00 AM. Whether you’re a pilot, aviation enthusiast or simply curious about amphibious aircraft…you don’t want to miss this! We will also be giving away PUMPKIN DECORATING KITS & candy to the first 100 kids! Immediately following the seaplane contests, we will bring you to your feet with LIVE ROCK music. (Line-up TBA). Seating is limited, please bring a chair or blanket.

October 27 – Faith Assembly’s Fall Festival, 9307 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, 6:30 – 9:30PM, Join us for our annual Family Fall Festival on Friday, October 27, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm at our Curry Ford Campus! There will be fall favorites such as hayrides, candy, a themed photo booth, and inflatables, food, music and games for all ages. Candy, Cars, and Chocolate Bars is returning for kids to collect candy as they journey through each decorated vehicle, while parents can shop through local vendors in our Market! 2023 Admission will be absolutely free, so that we can make the biggest community impact possible!

October 28 – Hometown Harvest 2023, Central Winds Park, Winter Springs, 4:30 – 8:30PM, Celebrate autumn at our 17th annual fall festival, Hometown Harvest, presented by Orlando Health. From FREE hayrides to live musical performances, this event hosts a large collection of fun activities, including the Winter Springs Got Talent competition! Kids can enjoy bounce houses and trunk or treat.

October 28 – Delaney Church’s Fall Festival, 1919 Delaney Ave., Orlando, 6 – 8PM, Join the fun from 6-8 pm in the Gym and back Parking lot. October 29 – Family Fall Celebration, Avalon Church, 13460 Tanja King Blvd., Orlando, 11AM, Avalon Church is inviting the community to participate in a Free  Fall Celebration!  Everyone is invited to lunch, bounce houses, trunk or treat, and more fun on Sunday,  October 29th.  A combined English and Spanish service will immediately precede the community event.

November 4 – 5 – Orlando’s Fall Fiesta in the Park, 512 E. Washington St, Orlando, 10AM – 5PM, Cox Media Group and the City of Orlando invite you to celebrate 52 years of Fall Fiesta in the Park! Bring the family and see why Fall Fiesta is Central Florida’s longest-running tradition.
Celebrate the beauty of the season and browse hundreds of artist, crafter, and food vendor booths around beautiful Lake Eola Park. Enjoy live entertainment all weekend plus a kid’s zone, and the real stars of Fiesta in the Park Series are the 300+ artists and crafters that come from all over the United States to display and sell their original work. September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 & October 7, 14, 21, 28 & November 4, 11, 18, 25 – Sanford’s Haunted Brewery Tour, Enjoy the haunted tales of ghostly experiences in Historic Downtown Sanford while sipping some delicious craft beer from three popular craft beer establishments., This Halloween season, we present Sanford’s Haunted Brewery Tour. Enjoy the haunted tales of ghostly experiences in Historic Downtown Sanford while sipping some delicious craft beer from three popular craft beer establishments: Sanford Homebrew Shop – A homebrewer must-do, this shop is also a nano-brewery making artisan small batch beers, Deviant Wolf- this tap room brews a broad selection of true-to-style beers without sacrificing their passion for experimenting, Dees Brothers Brewery – located in a 100-year-old building, Dee’s offers a wide selection of craft beer brewed right in Sanford. This 90-minute tasting tour starting at 8:30 PM is led by our BJCP Certified Beer Judge, Gary Holmes.  Learn historical stories gathered from the people who live in Sanford themselves while getting intimate with our local brewers and Sanford craft beer. Please keep in mind that we are NOT ghost hunting! *Beer samples are included as part of this tour. All participants on tour must be 21 years of age and fill out a digital waiver.

September 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30 & October 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28 & November 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 25, Sanford Ghost Tours, Dare to experience a Historical Ghost Walking Tour in Historic Downtown Sanford, Florida! During this ghost walk, prepare to be regaled with tales of old and new concerning ghostly experiences in the downtown area, culminating with a walk to an actual haunted building! You will be presented with an overview of ghostly activities by an expert guide as you walk the streets learning historical stories gathered from the people who live in Sanford themselves. Incorporated in 1877, the stories of Sanford’s past residents and those still lurking around are plentiful. Start time: 7:00 PM

September 29 – Fear Reach Ranch, Far Reach Ranch will open Fridays and Saturdays through November 4th and Halloween, Tuesday, October 31st, from 7pm to 12am., Far Reach Ranch is usually a peaceful, family farm full of smiling staff and plump U-PICK berries. But come this fall, a spooky force takes over the farm, ghouls and monsters roam the fields, and the ranch transforms into the Fear Reach Scream Park. The Scream Park runs Friday, September 29th and will continue every weekend through Saturday, November 4th (as well as Halloween night!), and, according to Brennan Hamill, Director of Operations and Business Development for Far Reach Ranch, this new Halloween-themed scream park will feature three haunted attractions with a bit of something for everyone.The attractions open at dark, and lines close at 11:30pm. This year there are three haunted houses: Blood Line Barn, Grimoire Manor, and Chainsaw Chase. Guests can enjoy axe throwing and carnival games with prizes to win at Dr. Deviant’s Game Emporium. The Pitchfork Parlor and Bar serves up ghoulish drinks, food, and features a live band. General admission starts at $20 and varies throughout the season. Speed Pass tickets, which allows guests to skip the lines, start at $30 per person and vary throughout the season. Tickets must be purchased in advance!

September 29 – November 4 – The Haunting of River Ranch, Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo, 6 – 10PM, A haunted house beckons, luring guests to uncover its sinister mysteries. Navigate its twists and turns surrounded by phantoms, ghostly apparitions and the ever-menacing KICCO the clown. Post-house thrills await on the haunted hayride, where you’ll delve deeper into KICCO’s ominous story.

October 5 – 29 – Shimmering Lights Fall Walk the Lights, 2302 N Dover Rd, Dover, SHIMMERING LIGHTS FALL 5th annual Halloween WALK the LIGHTS event will take place on select nights in October from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.  Ahoy all ye mateys join us for this pirate themed event. We won’t make you landlubbers scrub the deck, but you may have to walk the plank. We put the fun back in Halloween with a fall activity for the whole family.  The family friendly, activities will include 1/3-mile walking trail with hundreds of themed lighted displays, pixel animated props moving to the music, outdoor movies, maze of lights, scavenger hunt, games, and face painting.  We are bringing back our FOAM play area on select nights.  All ages are welcome to play. Be sure to bring some dry clothes!!  Check out our calendar for the FOAM nights.  Walk the trail as many times as your energy allows. October 14 – 29 – Gators, Ghosts and Goblins, WEEKENDS ONLY, Gatorland®, the “Alligator Capital of the World™,” is bringing back its popular Gators, Ghosts and Goblins™ Halloween event for a fifth year in a row of family fun and fright done right!  The all-ages, daytime, family-friendly event takes place over three weekends in October, from Oct. 14 through 29, 2023 “Swamp Ghost’s Monster Museum” returns with an all-new exhibit. Encounter specters, goblins and more as you learn about the origins of everyone’s favorite haunted holiday.  Explore new haunt-zones like “The Creepy Creature Carnival,” where famous monsters moonlight as midway attractions and the “Frightful Frontier,” an Old West Town populated with cursed cowboys.  Then hop aboard the Cryptid Express, where you can seek out hidden beasties like the Florida Skunk Ape, Moth Man, Chupacabra and more.  All this, plus interactive characters, animal meet-and-greets, and a Children’s Halloween Costume Parade with treat bags for all kids who participate. There are also fun shows, a variety of specialty vendors games, candy giveaways and more. Halloween fun is for everyone at this all-ages, daytime event from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., included with park admission. Guests are welcome to wear costumes.  But nothing scary or gory, please.  Skunk Ape is easily frightened, seriously.Gatorland combines Old Florida charm with exciting experiences, exhibits, and entertainment.  The 110-acre theme park has been named Best Wildlife Preserve 2023 by Orlando Style Magazine, Best Hidden Gem 2023 by Watermark Magazine and among the Top 3 Best Local Animal Rescue and Best Place for Family Fun 2022 by the Orlando Weekly Readers’ Poll.  Orlando Weekly’s Best of Orlando® 2022 and 2021 Readers’ Poll also named Gatorland the Best Attraction That’s Not A Theme Park and Best Zip Line or Ropes Course for Gatorland’s Screamin’ Gator Zip Line.

October 21 – KidTober, 437 N Terry Ave, Orlando, 1 – 5PM, Come and join us for KidTober Orlando 2023! The Kids Fest PRESENTS…. KidTober, an Orlando Kids Fest event! Enjoy vendors, inflatables, face painting, entertainment, games, food trucks, and CANDY! There will be a KIDS COSTUME CONTEST — the kid with the best costume will receive $100 PLUS some other really cool prizes! All registered kids will receive a FREE TREAT BAG while supplies last!

October 21 – Pride Festival & Parade, 512 East Washington Street, Orlando, 12 – 9:30PM, Join Central Florida for a day of love! The annual Come Out With Pride Festival takes place as an in person event at Lake Eola Park on Saturday, October 21st! The Most Colorful Parade is one of the most eagerly anticipated events of Pride Week in Orlando. The parade route this year starts on Orange Ave at Washington Street. More than 100 groups of participants stroll a mile through beautiful downtown Orlando. Showcasing a diverse series of events for the 2023 year, Come Out With Pride boasts three stages around Lake Eola Park—The Diva stage, The Dance Stage, and The Local Stage. Each will host live entertainment throughout the day featuring local artists and celebrity headliners. At 930pm we end with the signature Fireworks Grand Finale over Lake Eola for all to enjoy!

October 21 – Create a Haunted House Family Event at Sobo Art Gallery, SOBO Art Gallery, 127 S. Boyd Street, Winter Garden, 4 – 5:30PM, You will be amazed as you work together to transfer a prepared cereal box on a base into an awesome “Haunted House.” All materials and step-by-step guidance are provided. October 31 – Spooky Caboose at the Winter Garden Heritage Museum, Winter Garden Heritage Museum, 1 N. Main Street, Winter Garden, 3 – 8PM, Enter the Spooky Caboose – if you dare — stationed outside the Winter Garden Heritage Museum. The spooky-decorated caboose has fun frights for all ages.

November 18 – Apopka’s Holiday Craft & Food Fest, 10 Forest Ave, Apopka, 11AM, Join us on Saturday November 18th for our Holiday Craft & Food Fest at Kit Land Nelson Park in Apopka. Enjoy Amazing Food with over a Dozen Food Trucks Shop with 100 Local Crafters, Artisans & Shopping Vendors, Entertainment, Giveaways. FREE Family Fun Event. Kit Land Nelson Park is a 5-acre facility with picnic benches, playgrounds, racquet ball courts, and a splash park that includes features with some such fun names as the Mega Soaker – a large bucket that drops 40 gallons of water at a time. A Sneaky Soaker has smaller splash buckets mounted on a tall pole with a water shower head. Splash Blasters are small water cannons, a Fun-Guy is a mushroom-shaped sprayer for toddlers, the Fun-Brella creates a curtain of water and a Spray Tunnel sprays water from a series of ground spouts.
