LEGOLAND is my favorite theme park here in the Orlando area. I love going to their themed weekend events. In February they host Ninjago Days. Join the Elemental Masters at LEGOLAND® Florida Resort to build, train, and enhance your Ninja skills while watching interactive shows like School of Spinjitzu, Ninja’s Unite Celebration, and MORE! Check park hours before planning your visit.

These will have all the special activities available with times and locations. We like to go to the first brick play area, Rebuild the World, to let the kids play while I look over the schedule and plan our day. I’m all about the character photo ops during special events.

This was the first time I ventured to a park alone with my two boys (8&5). My husband got sick but I’ve been planning this date all month and was the only date I could go. Told him to wish me luck. So thankful they were both really good for me. There were only a couple moments that they wanted to do something and I had to explain we’d come back to it because of time schedules.
There was so much to do! I was pleasantly surprised at how fulfilling the day was with activities. The event guide map had 6 stickers to collect from the different experiences:
  • Whip Around Dance Party
  • Lloyd’s Elemental Challenge show (pretty amazing)
  • School of Spinjitzu
  • Dragon’s Drumbeat
  • Master Wu’s Expedition scavenger hunt
  • And your choice of Lego build of either helping to create larger bricks from smaller bricks to create a giant collaborated cobra snake or to use your imagination to create the ultimate dragon with random pieces.

Once you collected all the stickers you had to go back to the designated crossroads to collect your prize. We were given a choice of the event Duplo brick or color choice of Ninjago head tie. We got both!!

In addition to these awesome activities there was:
  • A 4D movie that was entertaining
  • Ninja face painting
  • A special ninja game booth that had giant ninja bananas (amazing)
  • The Ninjago ride. Always a must do when we go!
